Important Mesage to Parents, Students, and Staff Regarding the District Email System

This past week the district was hit with another phishing attack on our email system. As a result the district email system has been denied service by several email providers including Shaw. Schools and teachers will not be able to send email to parents and students who have Shaw accounts until the 25th of April. If you need to communicate with your school or teacher it will be necessary to phone the school directly until email services have been restored.

Earth Week Challenge

Earth Week Energy activities include:

  • Monday: Lights out lunch day
  • Tuesday: Power down day
  • Wednesday: Warm up with Harlem Shake
  • Thursday: Sustainable transportation day
  • Friday: Sweater and toque day

Activities and days may vary slightly between schools.

At the end of the week we invite students and district staff to fill out the Earth Week ENERGY Challenge Survey.

Our Website's Evolution

In response to the needs of our district we have made some minor tweaks to where employees go to find tools they use on a regular basis.

We have moved "About Us" under "Contact".  We replaced "About Us" with "Staff".  There you will find tools such as BCeSIS, District Email, ESS Automated TTOC Dispatch and MyBudget File.

For now some of these links will be where they were before, but will disappear in due time.
