Board Meetings

The Board of Education of School District No. 63 (Saanich) meets once a month. Meetings take place at the School Board Office, 2125 Keating Cross Road and are open to the public. Meetings are held on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted below. Requests to make a presentation at the Public Board Meeting must be received in the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer by 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the Board Meeting.

Committee of the Whole Meetings

The Committee of the Whole meetings take place at the School Board Office, 2125 Keating Cross Road and are open to the public. Meetings are held on Mondays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The meeting dates are as noted in the link below. These meetings will focus on specific educational topics. Agendas for the meetings are posted as they become available, click on the link below.

The Standing Committees of the Board of Education of School District No. 63 (Saanich) meet once a month. Meetings take place at the School Board Office, 2125 Keating Cross Road.
